Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Request
Broadweigh offer genuine manufacturers calibration, service, repair and product upgrade from our factory. We are full members of LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) and our technicians carry out all servicing and repair work.
Before the return of any products to our factory, please check our Troubleshooting area to help problem solve whilst the equipment is on your site. Our authorised Broadweigh distributors are also your point of contact for any product performance issues. Any defective product covered under warranty will be replaced at no cost to you.
Please complete the form below to obtain authorisation prior to shipping your Broadweigh products to us.
Do not ship the equipment until you receive the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number from us. This RMA number will then be used to track your equipment during repair, calibration, or upgrade.
Terms & Conditions:
- The RMA number will be valid for 4 weeks. If goods are not received, the RMA number will be closed. A new RMA can be issued upon request.
- Any fixtures from the equipment must be removed. We are not responsible for any peripherals attached to the unit not purchased via us.
- If our quotation is not responded to the unit will be shipped back within 3 weeks.
- If, during our thorough examination of lifting equipment, we discover anything that is in our opinion unsafe it will be immediately removed from service.
